All fuel orders will require a signature on the day of delivery.

Deliveries are by couriers who meet our exacting standards for the transportation and handling of hazardous materials and must be signed for. Deliveries can only be arranged between Monday and Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Saturday deliveries may be possible but will be subject to an additional cost at the discretion of the courier. Please contact us via our website to check pricing and if this option is available in your area. Please also note deliveries can only be arranged addresses on the mainland UK.

The standard delivery timescale is up to 5 days, with orders placed by 12:00 being out for delivery in the next five days. At checkout there is an option to choose a future delivery date that suits you better. If access to your delivery address is restricted, please contact us via telephone to discuss.

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. You will be advised by text on the day of delivery of an estimated delivery window.

If there is no one available to sign for the goods on the day of delivery, a fee for redelivery will be payable.


All our fuels are delivered in UN approved steel drums. All drums have a 2 inch BSP bung, they are designed for safe transport and storage but do not pour very well. To avoid spillage, it is best to use a pump to decant your fuel. Please view the range of Atex approved pumps available via our website.

It is best to keep unused fuel in the drum supplied ensuring the drum bung is sealed tight. Fuels   deteriorate if vapours can escape or moisture can get into the drum. For this reason, we would not recommend leaving the Supreme Grade fuel in your vehicles fuel tanks for an extended period of time – this is important in regard to The Supreme grade fuel as it contains ethanol. Any drained fuel is best kept in a separate container and not mixed with in with fresh, unused fuel in the original drum provided.

It is advisable not store your fuel where it is exposed to wide temperatures variations or direct sunlight.
